“"TTS To The Rescue....Emergency Rapid Response Call out to Gateshead Civic Centre 16.05.19 and 05.08.19.
Thank you for the support given by the TTS Team in responding to and managing the supply of temporary power generation and connections to support our critical cooling systems at Gateshead Council's Civic Centre. The response from initial phone call to having generation available on site within 4 hours was greatly appreciated. This allowed the Council's data centre chiller plant to be fully powered up following two incidents of malicious cable theft. The consequences of overheating in the data centre would have a catastrophic effect on the Council's business function. Thanks to TTS, this scenario was avoided. The professionalism of TTS went a long way to minimise the impact of the incident and put us on the road to recovery. Despite the obvious pressure of the situation, it was great to see TTS working together with Council colleagues with such a positive outcome."
